Hello, friends, Romans, and countrymen. Lend me thy sight! Thank you very much for coming to this blog as I know that it is one of thousands and I have readily prepared myself for this entire endeavor being a failure. None the less, we push forward well knowing that we may face defeat! It is something we must do every day. My hope is that this blog may help other young writers to write with emotion, truth, and confidence in front of a swarming market. As well as to bring minor acclaim to myself, so that I may be more recognized when the time comes to publish my first novel.
This blog will be devoted to reviewing books, and opening conversation on writing.
I will soon be starting posts. This is a list of the books which I intend to review and dissect.
~ A stir of echoes by Richard Matheson
~ Welcome to the monkey house by Kurt Vonnegut
~ The Shining By Stephen King
~ The Pooh Perplex Vs. Postmodern Pooh both written by Fredrick Crews
~ The Zen art of Writing by Ray Bradbury
~ The color of magic by Terry Pratchett
~ Animal farm and 1984 by George Orwell
Between book reviews, I will post my personal observations, and comparisons. Hopefully, some of you will join me tomorrow a review of the first book on the list. I know that all of these books have been out for some time now and many of them are considered classics, but I hope that we can all still learn something from them, and for those which haven't read these recently or haven't read these at all I can offer some insight as to whether or not you should pick the title up.
I will post soon, thank you for your time!
